The staff at Birkhill has been the best to work with on our move in. Antonella is excellent at juggling so many things at once and getting every single one taken care of in a timely manner. I look forward to a continued relationship with all the staff.

I’ve been living in my new apartment for a few days now, and I am very satisfied; the place is beautiful, modern, and in excellent condition. It is in a strategic location—everything is close by, and I have quick access to the freeway. The approval process was fast, and the person who assisted me was very kind and professional. The neighbors are polite and considerate, respecting the need for order and cleanliness. I always receive a warm greeting—something that was very rare in other apartments where I’ve lived previously.

They truly were—and still are—fantastic at this property. I found people who helped throughout the entire rental process for my father. Israel, Robeily, and Antonella—believe me, if there were more stars available, I would give them to them. Try to seek them out; they will make the process much easier.

It was great. Something needed to be fixed and it was done very promptly.

Hello everyone, over the past two years, I've experienced numerous problems in my apartment. I reported them to the previous management in person at their office, and I also sent them emails and photos, but unfortunately, to no avail. They only offered empty promises and false reassurances, and things only got worse. They did absolutely nothing. But when the new management took over, I informed them of all the issues in my apartment, and they did a fantastic job resolving all the problems I had been facing for the past two years in a very short time. Therefore, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the wonderful manager, Israeli, and his team for their dedication and hard work. You are amazing, and I appreciate everything you've done for us. We are happy to have you with us, and I wish you continued success, because you deserve it. My best regards and respect to you..

I am so thankful for our new Community Manager. I was in need of a hot water tank repair. Within 10 minutes after my call to Israel, in the office, I had a maintenance man at my door. The repair was done in a timely manner and I had hot water in 30 minutes. What a wonderful change! Thank you, Cecelia
