I am a current resident, and am very happy with my apartment! It's quiet, I feel safe and secure in the building. Management is happy to help with any issues you're having, and have never been less than professional with me. I've lived in various parts of the valley, and Birkhill is a nice place to live here in Murray.

The office staff and maintenance have always been super helpful! They do inspections regularly to make sure all the apartments are well taken care of which I really appreciate.

I lived here for 3 and a half years and for the most part I really did like it. You have to dial in or use a key thob to enter and there are security cameras all over which help me feel safe. There's a work out room, computer room, covered garage, and heated pool. The maintenance staff is amazing (especially Jonny)! They are always there with a smile to help fix a problem! The down fall is there is no designated visitor parking lot/ area,and there very little visitor parking and it is curbside street parking. Another downfall is when i lived here the fire alarm was always going off at all hours of the night. Just be careful and make sure you take the steps you need to when moving out or they will charge you nickel and dime for everything you do wrong.
