Iâve lived here for almost 5 years. Thereâs obviously going to be some issues, but thatâs the case with any apartment complex. For the most part I love living here. Itâs super convenient to the freeway and to a trax station. I absolutely loved the management team when I first moved in. Katie and Jessica were awesome. Theyâve had some changes in management, but I havenât really had any problems. I do agree with other comments that Maintenence requests are better done in person. But the maintenance team itself is awesome. They are all really friendly. Jonny in particular always has jerky in his pocket for the dogs that live here. My dog adores him lol. The Maintenence staff does an excellent job of keeping the property well maintained. Itâs always clean, and the outside always looks on point.
My only complaints are that the walls are on the thin side, so I can hear my neighbors more than Iâd like to. But again, itâs an apartment so you canât expect absolute silence. Also the fire alarm goes off more than it probably should. Most of the time itâs because someone burned something while cooking and opened their door to the interior hallway, so it sets off the alarm for the entire building. Having to evacuate with a tiny shivering dog every month or so isnât the funnest thing in the world.
But all in all, Iâd definitely recommend this place. Itâs in a great location, well maintained, and pretty well sized for the price.
